Philip Bauer founded Azubi Vermittlung Bauer GmbH with one goal: to create a fair, transparent and effective bridge between Indian talent and German companies that need skilled apprentices. With deep roots in both Germany’s vocational education system and a genuine commitment to ethical, candidate-first preparation, Philip built Azubiba from the ground up as a compliance-first, candidate-first organisation.
