Our Standards
We believe preparation should never come with hidden costs or false promises. Our commitment to fair, ethical, and transparent standards is the foundation of everything we do.
How We Work With Partners
Azubiba itself does not place or match candidates with employers. Once your preparation is complete, we work with independent partner organizations who handle the connection to German companies. We only cooperate with partners who commit to two non-negotiable rules: zero fees to candidates, ever, and full compliance with fair, transparent treatment standards — so this step, too, stays honest and cost-free for you.
🔴 Our Unconditional Pledge: Every fee Azubiba charges for our preparation programme is disclosed in writing before you enroll — no hidden costs, no surprise charges, no upselling once you’ve signed up. This is non-negotiable — always.
Transparency by Design
Azubiba is a preparation and training provider. We do not place or match candidates with employers ourselves. Candidates pay a clear, disclosed fee for our Bridge Code preparation programme: language training, cultural coaching, and guidance on Germany's dual training system. Every cost is agreed in writing before you pay a single rupee.
We follow the spirit of the ILO's fair treatment principles, adapted to a training relationship: no debt bondage, no exploitation, and no candidate ever pressured into a payment they don't fully understand.
Disclosed Fees Only
Every fee for our preparation programme is stated clearly in writing before you enroll — no hidden costs at any stage.
Transparent Information
You receive accurate, clear information about programme content, duration, and expected outcomes before you enroll.
Your Documents, Always
We never retain your passport or original documents. You remain free to withdraw from the programme at any time.
No Deception
We never misrepresent programme content, duration, cost, or the realistic outcomes of your preparation.
Certified Training Quality
Our Bridge Code trainers meet AdA/AEVO certification standards, and our programme complies with German BBiG vocational training standards.
Access to Remedy
You have access to an effective grievance mechanism at every stage of your preparation with us.
Data Protection
Your personal data is collected, stored, and used only for legitimate preparation and training purposes, with full transparency.
Non-Discrimination
No candidate shall be excluded or disadvantaged on the basis of gender, caste, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
